Why I do this work

Data should shorten the distance between a question and a decision.

I've always believed numbers are really about people: customers worried about adequate stocks, the manager waiting on a report, the team trying to hit a target. I started on the retail floor of data, cleaning spreadsheets nobody wanted to touch. Nearly eight years later, I still get the same thrill when a messy table turns into a clear answer for someone to act upon.

    Ranked every reporting cycle by decision impact, then automated the top tier end to end.
    Result
    Management wait time fell from 4 hours to 20 minutes, so decisions now start the same morning.
  • Problem
    High-aging stock was drifting toward expiry, and write-off, across the region.
    Approach
    Built aging-risk analysis and orchestrated regional stakeholder responses to liquidate in time.
    Result
    $100,000 in inventory value protected before it could turn into loss.
  • Problem
    The Daraz Bangladesh retail channel was running at a negative gross margin.
    Approach
    Targeted commercial strategy across assortment, promotions, pricing and bundling, steered by data.
    Result
    A 7-point swing, from −5% to +2% gross margin.
  • Problem
    Global supply-chain leadership had data everywhere, but no single weekly narrative.
    Approach
    Launched and ran the WBR program with a five-analyst team spread across three countries.
    Result
    One trusted, weekly view of the business for management review.
  • Liquidation planner page of the Inventory Risk Dashboard
    Problem
    Which stock will pass 180 days before it sells, and what is the cheapest way out? Shown on 104,884 real marketplace orders.
    Approach
    Simulated first in, first out inventory from real demand in Python, then a Power BI model with a what if liquidation planner.
    Result
    R$494K of stock found at risk. Marking it down 30% now, instead of clearing it later, saves about R$197K.
